 My name is David Mortensen and I am the owner and operator of Discovery Home Inspection. I have lived in Alaska since 1976 and in Anchorage since 1983. I have worked in many facets of the home construction industry for over 25 years, and also have extensive experience in commercial fishing and sport fish guiding. My wife and I have four sons who call Anchorage home, having gone to elementary through high school here. I am active in our community and serve on my church council. My State of Alaska registration number is 40, and I am licensed and bonded as per the State of Alaska requirements.
