David at Discovery Inspection Services has completed the CDW Engineering’s Commercial Building certification and now provides commercial inspecting for clients in Southcentral Alaska.
A commercial building inspection is different from a residential one and having the knowledge and experience is crucial to obtaining the appropriate information before purchasing such a large investment.
Minor items (under $300) are included in the inspection; however, we realize you are more interested in bigger ticket items such as a new roof or heating and air condition systems. We strive to identify every large item you may encounter in the near future. We will recommend licensed commercial contractors when the building systems are atypical or outside the scope of a typical commercial inspection.
